We always provide prices on a per project basis, meaning you don't get any surprises when your final bill arrives. The price we give you will always remain fixed as long as your requirements are unchanged. If your requirements change significantly we will always provide details of additional costs before proceeding. Where possible we will always try to incorporate minor changes to your requirements within the original price.
All of the solutions we create are custom-written, allowing them to exactly meet your requirements and be extremely flexible. Bespoke solutions can always be expanded as your business grows. Unlike off-the-shelf packages, you will not be paying for features that you will never use. Bespoke solutions usually only require a one off payment, so can quickly prove to be more cost-effective than ongoing licence agreements.
Many businesses have to perform tasks which are unique to their particular business or industry. Therefore, software to help in the completion of these tasks is unlikely to exist. In these circumstances bespoke software is the answer; it can save you many person-hours, increase your efficiency and is surprisingly affordable.

Our ability to meet a deadline depends on our current workload and the complexity of the project.
However, we will always do everything possible to try and meet your deadline.
We will never agree to a deadline unless we are confident of meeting it.
7. We have started a project with another development company, but are not happy with their service. Can you take-over our project?
We would be happy to discuss your requirements with you and look over the quality of the work that has been done so far.
If the work is of a reasonable standard, we would be happy to take-over the project.
If it is not, we may recommend that the project is restarted.

9. I know nothing about setting up an ecommerce website. Can you provide and advise me on everything I need?
Yes! We can provide a full ecommerce service, including: domain name registration, email mailboxes, website hosting, web design, website development and search engine optimisation.
Definitely! We can create an online quote/price generator where users can enter their requirements (e.g. size, colour, ... etc), then, using a list of rules and parameters defined by you, a price is instantly generated for them online. The customer can then proceed to pay for the goods online.
You will not need any technical knowledge to run and update a website created by our developers.
The Content Management Systems (CMS) we create for our clients are very easy to use allowing them to easily add content and products to their websites.
