Do you charge on a per hour or per project basis?
We always provide prices on a per project basis, this gives you agreater ability to plan your finances. The price for the project we give you will always remain fixed as long as your requirements remain unchanged. If your requirements change significantly we will always provide details of additional costs before proceeding.
Do I need any technical knowledge to run a website?
You will not need any technical knowledge to run and update a website created by our developers. The Content Management Systems (CMS) we create for our clients are very easy to use allowing them to easily add content and products to their websites.
Why should I choose a bespoke development company rather than a generic ready-made package?
All of the solutions we create are custom-written (bespoke), allowing them to exactly meet your requirements and be extremely flexible. Bespoke solutions can always be expanded as your business grows. Unlike generic ready-made packages, you will not be paying for features that you will never use.

I sell made-to-measure or custom-built products. Can I still sell online?
Definitely! We can create an online quote/price generator where users can enter their requirements (e.g. size, colour, ... etc), then, using a list of rules and parameters defined by you, a price is instantly generated for them online. The customer can then proceed to pay for the goods online.
I have an idea for a website, but I am worried about my idea being stolen. Do you offer a confidentiality agreement?
